This Ad Revenue Agreement (the “Agreement”), has come into since the 12th of July 2023 (the “Effective Date”), between the individual who took part in the ad revenue program according to the terms of this Agreement and previously signed agreement(s) (the “Participant”) and Hammy Media Ltd., a company duly incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus (the “Operator”). This agreement is replacing all previous version(s) of ad revenue agreement(s) that the parties may have in place prior to this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, “you”, “your” and similar terms shall refer to the Participant, and “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms shall refer to the Operator. The Participant and Operator may herein be collectively referred to as the “parties” and each individually as a “party”. WHEREAS, the Operator is the operator of an adult content website www.xhamster.com, its subdomains and affiliated websites (the “Website”) and the Participant desires to upload and publish.
